Counseling
Providing counseling to individuals (children, adolescents, adults) and their families by using therapeutic techniques to address emotional and behavioral needs. Issues that will be addressed will include depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, behavioral disorders, family conflict, low-self esteem, anger management and other struggles the individual is facing.
Fees
$200 Initial Evaluation
$150 Every other counseling session

Insurance: Anthem, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Sentara, Aetna, Piedmont Community Health Plan, United Healthcare, Aetna Better Health of Virginia
*Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please call us at (434) 533-1660 or email to inquire about the insurance plans Resto Family Services participates with. A Super Bill will also be provided if the client would like to private pay, file insurance on their own, or use their out-of-network benefits.
Meeting with a Resident in Counseling
If you do not have insurance, we have a Counseling Resident/Intern who can see you for a reduced fee.
